Yeah, I was wondering where Red October was, too.
Great popcorn movie.

You know, every-so-often, AMC channel drags out the same war movies, plays them to death, but they never seem to add in Run Silent, Run Deep as well.

Star Wars was missing from the list as well. Saw the original back in 1977 about 30+ times (I have it memorized, so I don't need to pop in the DVD, I just play it in my head

)

From the available choices, I would go with the Shawshank Redemption (the best Stephen King movie adaptation I have ever seen). My favorite movie is actually Silent Hill, but it is not on the list, of course.
