Star Wars games - Which one's best?

As a fan of Final Fantasy, I found the KOTORs to be my favorite ones. A very close second place holder is the Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy A.K.A. Jedi Knight 3 (or 2, cant remember).

The first Kotor, the second was a half finished hack job unfortunately.
I liked Kotor because Bioware was great in recapturing the spirit of the original Star Wars even though the history in Kotor goes back some millenia with respect to the events in SW.
I also like X-Wing Alliance and Rebel Assault.

My favorite has always been Star Wars Rebellion.

I also liked the old Star Wars Arcade game. There is emulator for it so you can play it on the PC.
