just to get it right .........

for installation
1. i copy the folder "Racerboy_VIIb_SDDE_ADM_1_03_14b" into the mod-folder
2. i copy the tga´s in the folder "\data\Textures\TNormal\Tex" (or make this folder in the mentioned above for JSGME)
3. activate with JSGME

thats all ????

BUT :

the downloaded archive-file "Racerboy_VIIb_SDDE_ADM_1_03_14b"
contains the folders

Designed Values 1_03
Racerboy_VIIb_SDDE_ADM_1_03_14b
Smoke_TGAs_1_03
Tweak file_1_03
and the Readme

if i open the Racerboy-folder there is only the structur data\Submarine\NSS_Uboat7b which contains the *.val ------ no tga´s

these are in the Smoke-folder, which JSGME will install into the root ...

i didn´t get it i think , Sorry

You only need to copy the folder 'Racerboy_VIIb_SDDE_ADM_1_03_14b' to the mods folder. The TGAs needed are packed into the .val file. So unless you want to override my defaults then you don't need to copy anything else. Enable and enjoy!
