This happened to me once before except i could not dive in time
 .I ordered flank speed and crash dive but they hit my conning tower and ended my ONLY succsesful career. Im not sure what causes this but it is really annoying. Sorry I could not be more help. Edit: re-read the post yes I have had that alot lately my sub says I have MK 18's but they are infact MK 27's anybody who can fix this please help

maybe because it's labeled wrong inside the torpedo files? (have a look with S3D, the acoustic is a type 18 in there)
