I think that Britain needs this guy:
 or this guy:  either way, the crime problems in the UK, or any other country they patrol, are over!  But seriously speaking, law enforcement in the UK does seem to be suffering from an over reliance on technology when nothing does the job like a cop on the beat with a good head on his shoulders. |
