My testing is showing that I could not be quite as ambitious with the range of boats as intended. I find that any boat without a TA is simply a wreck waiting to happen - any NATO boat sinks it really easily. So it looks as if I will have to re-design the campaign around the Victor III and later boats, as they were the first Soviet subs to have a TA.
