According My knowledge and Eduard Limonov : Nationlistic Bolshevicks Party is just a socialictic movement with wrongly given name.
According Limonov , its leader idiology of party is Socialism(Lenin's New Economic Policy kind) and Liberalism. Limonov said that Giving the party name of National Bolshevics was a mistake, badly affected its image.
They have relatively radical program, but thats it

With flags like this, the national bolsheviks definitely could be confused with something else...

That is purely ridiculous that they could use a flag like that and not be compared to the National Socialists.

In his interview Limonov told that " National Bolshevism" name and attributes were taken to contradict with Communist Party of Russia, in 1990-1992.
I m not very familiar with details of their political platform but its (trust me on this) less radical than other nationalistic parties.likie Barkashev and Co, LDPR (zhirinovskiy). And their real rating it is lowest.
I consider "Nashi" much more dangerous in perspective view. Actual agenda of Nashi is to destroy cultural bakground.

In the news:

Putin’s fanatical youth brigade targets Britain.

For me, these words at the end summarize it all up:
“The worrying thing is that whereas 15 years ago young Russians embraced the West with great enthusiasm, now more and more look to us with deep-seated mistrust,” said a former senior British diplomat. “It would not matter, were it not for the fact that they are Russia’s next generation of political leaders.”
