Weather on SH IV

What keys do you hit for weather on SH IV?

Unaltered SH4? None.

Do what -Pv- said above, and you'll be able to hit Ctrl + W to get a weather report.

Or you could add a new button to the orders bar on the bottom of the screen to do just that.

Just add a new button with the Report_weather command to the first station. Just edit Data\Menu\Cfg\OrdersBar.cfg . I think it's pretty intuitive how to do it. If it's not, just ask.

Hi maeream m,

Your advise seem very accurate, are you a game designer for Silent Hunter IV? Because i saw your others posts and they were very precise and usefull for me. By the way i would like to change the accuracy of the japanese destroyer on surface end the other too (light cruiser, heavy cruiser, battleship) because when i surface my sub (in vanilla , no major mod install) they have a really hard time to hit me end i have enough time to dive and evade their action. So i want to improve that. May be there is a major mod who do this ? Excuse me if i'm not in the good thread for this question. I'm beginner in posting tread so...

You could always surface and use the mark 1 eyeball weather assesment tools.
