relative and true bearings

i doubt its to hard because the nav map works in true bearings and the course reports are in true so why not

I remotely remember asking this to Ducimus when he frequented this forum a bit more....He told me it was hardcoded. I'm not entirely sure, but i think that's what he said.

Anyway, I wouldn't know where to start....
