I don't know exactly what you mean by that, I've set the Nvidia control panel to use the best settings possible, forced AA etc., and use minimal effects in the game, but serious stuttering....and then trippy colours. I'm pretty sure I'm using the latest drivers... Don't remember seeing this on XP. D.
