If someone wants to put much work into the creation of an additional submarine, that's fine.
But I doubt that it is really necessary as you hardly see one in an actual career play. At least I haven't seen much subs around away from my home port

Would be nice to have more subs, and make it possible for AI subs to submerge. Not sure if that would be possible

Well you will be spoilt in GWX 1.04 then
