You can´t hunt them all, you have to go for the biggest prize. For an enemy convoy, it would be either a carrier or a battleship. If you have plenty of time ahead and you are at a very good firing position, you might try to take 2 ships at the same time (you have to calculate the setting for 2 targets). Its not excesively difficult, as they are heading the same bearing and speed. If the targets are a little distant, shoot the nearest one with slow torps, and the second with fast ones. This way you will have some extra time to properly calculate the solution for the second target, and HOPEFULLY they should hit both targets at the same time.

Yes, its DIFFICULT, but not impossible.
