Wow, hard one. I think its not possible as its sort a random. There is no specified head to a specified hat in the script. It looks like this

CrewMemberBodyPart1= Normal, Headgear, sapca_o#Head, 1, NULL

As you see the # only indicates "any number" so to have to hats off down below is a bit of a hard one to crack I think.

The file I downloded has two folders. Ranks with hat and ranks alone. If I enable hat with ranks I only get the hat. If I then go and try to enable the ranks alone mod it tells me there's conflict with the ranks and hat mod.

Perhaps I don't have the right file?

Don't mix these or you will have conflicts.
