I doubt UBI devs would implement this "feature" in SH4... If it's really there, it'll be bad for the rating of SH4 which will cause the same havoc as GTA:SA did with it's hidden nude minigame...

Until I see a screenshot, this is just a joke (and hey, it's a long way until April 1st!).
