That problem started for me when I added a MOD that affected the map itself. Something to do with range rings I think, can't recall exactly since I removed it right away and the problem you describe went with it.
Do you have any mods installed that affect the display of the map somehow? If so, you may want to disable them to see if they could be causing it. |
