Then again I tend to lay in wait at around 80 feet listening on the sonar untill the target gets close to launch angle then I pop up, a few last minute adjusments and take the shot.

But I think there is a mod to tone down the waves.

I'm only having that problem with the Salmon and Sargo type. I therefore adjusted periscope depth from 16.4 meters to 15.6 meters (54ft to 51ft) which helped. It also solved the OBS scope problem being too low.
