I would read the ULA agreement and contact UBISOFT like I did 2 weeks ago. Regarding crossing over things from SH3 to SH4 and mods in that respect.

Strictly speaking, if you make a mod for the game and it uses no original part of the game (i.e. you create an entirely new engine sound for the sim from scratch or similar) then it is yours, not UBISOFT's.
Sure, people could use it with a UBISOFT product, but that wouldn't mean it belonged to them. It's a differnet matter it you mod an original file of course. But... All your base are NOT belong to us. |
