Default hahaha funny bismark mission

i made a mission with the bismark just to see what would happen i surrounded the bismark with a dozen fast moving corvettes.

the corvettes were all history within the first 25 seconds.

the bismark had like 3 small burn marks and had one life boat blown off.

thought about surrounding her with like 20 elco boats... now that would be funny.

Now, if those elcos really fired their torpedoes... I guess it would no longer get funny for the Bismark, not at all. Dodging some 40 torps...

yikes - put 20 elcos and 20 swordfish bombers heading for bismark at max speed.

4 of the swordfish put bombs on target with little effect.

the elcos didnt even close to within 900 meters.

was kinda funny seeing all the little guys go flying off the elco boats though. im sure they were all like "Why the ******* are we doing this!?!"

You could have sent them in row boats. As long as the Elcos don't fire torpedoes (like with the virtual torpedo mod) they're pretty useless against anything larger than a sailing boat *g*

Those elcos acutally got some pretty good hits in

but here was the way the mission was eventually set up...

there were 5 waves.

wave one was 15 elco boats

wave two was 15 swordfish planes

wave three was a destroyer escort

wave four was a battle cruiser

wave five was an Iowa class battleship

i played it several times just to watch the fireworks, in all but one occasion the Bismark won the engagemnt. during that one loss the bismark took several direct hits from the swordfish bombs which gave it a severe list to port, the Iowa finished her off from long range within the first few salvos.

its FUNNY watching those elco boats charge the bismark with no sign of fear with the big shell splashes landing all around them... then one of the big shells finds its mark and the elco explodes in a massive fireball with a hand full of the little men going flying high into the air. i wanted to record the game and set it to the benny hill theme.

Ok. Why is it then, that I see no link, so we can download the mission and all enjoy this little encounter?

Thanks in advance.
