Thank you...Take it from me friend STOP SMOKEING!!!!!!!!!...I smoked over 50 yrs..I stopped after my 1st by-pass in 2000.and started again and had to have another by-pass last Sept 16th..If I could stop after 50+ yrs anyone can..DO IT!!!!

 I KNOW...i know... Dam this is a mad mans world...I would save around 250 bucks a month and get healthier, but I rather look in the dust bin in the morning for buds if I am out, rather then just say "I am an IDIOT, and I don't need this crap"  we are monkeys after all...no?

Anyho... off to bed and maybe...just maybe I will quit that crap in the morn...always say that...every night... Back at work tomorrow so I wont be as active as I have been here over Easter...well anyway weekend coming up and I will be back then...better believe it
