Although I agree with you I do not blame the devs or the beta testers for a half-baked piece of software. It is management that determines what gets fixed and what doesn't as well as if it gets fixed at all. I know this from experience as a software tester although in a different industry--computer networking. Publishers care only about the bottom line, not whether or not the software works as advertised. |

Thanks for the insight into some of the development TDK. Personally, I'm enjoying the game and very much looking forward to the next patch. There are so many nice touches and little improvements in SH4 that it clearly was a labor of love for the developers. That they haven't abandoned it is quite encouraging. I've given up reading too much here at subsim for a while, because of the negativity. From experience, I know that the tone of the posts will change over time. Maybe the people who like the game are actually playing it and don't have time to gripe? Anyway, atleast they released the thing. Anybody remember SH2?
