"Jumping" effect (graphic bug)

The times I've noticed this I am near land. Does that hold true for you?

Well, I only tried first training mission which is near land. When I back home I will check this in deep sea

For me, it was my minimized Task Manager, I got a pulse/jerk on every update beat.
