Totally unacceptable UBI

Well I don't believe it.

I have just taken delivery of CE1963 and after a bit of playing around I'm afraid to report the pen DOES NOT work underwater!

WTF? It's a submarine game isn't it? How could they possibly ship a game with a pen that is only half useful? It's the last time I ever buy stationary from UBI.

So the pen is surface-only.

Is the map waterproof? What about the ID book?

Perhaps you got the unpressurized pen. You need that at 40 fathoms or it will just not work

When the NASA decided to beat the russians at being the first one to send a man to the space, the challenge to provide astronauts with the best tools soon arose. One of the needs to be met was a writing tool, so the NASA engineers dedicated millions of dollars and hours of work to succed in creating a ballpoint pen that would write 1) Under water or outside the atmosphere, 2) withstanding temperatures of -100F to 150F without loosing its properties, 3) on almost every surface, 4) upside-down.

The russians used a common graphite pencil
