GWX 1.02 issues

I'm trying to get GWX 1.02 patch installed. I already have the dec 23rd patch installed.

When I try and install it I get a message that there are programs that need to be uninstalled. The only thing I have is the patch. If I roll it back I get a message saying that there are some files missing from the SHIII folder that can't be found. This was a new install of SHIII with GWX. No other mod or patches other the the first update.

IS there a work around??? or am I missing something.
