100% realism settings on 1st Patrol?

I always play with the external camera. There's just too much time that has been spent on the graphics, I might as well enjoy them.

Don't really use it to evade escorts -- I just use it while my torps are running. I do have to say it is a bit....exhilarating to follow in the torpedo wake as it nears it's target. I'm constantly popping above the surface to see the ship, then back behind the torp, all the way through the firing solution.
