The message means your menu 1064.768.ini file in SHIII\data\menu is screwed up.
I would follow the above advice; reinstall, patch to 1.4 and install GWX and then GWX patch 1.02.

Is it for sure ? Because if I starte SH3 without GW, it runs ok. Soooo ? Do I really need to installa Patch 1.4 again ?
