Doesn't matter where it is. You won't get credit for patroling there, so you basically have to go somewhere, sink something, have some fun, and return to port. It's sad I know, but it's a fact.....

Tazman should be marked on the map - depending on the zoom
No you wont get renoun outside of the grid areas - you can alter your basic cfg to double the renoun for returning to base to make up for it |
