I'm not ashamed I'm gonna kind of hijack this thread.

Have any Kaleuns out there been witness to historical events/battles whilst playing GWX ?

I'd love to see Battle Of Taranto in the GWX.

Excellent Narvik pics. I may have to start another career so I can go backwards in time and take part.

Actualy it s not that easy to be one the good spot at the good time (well... you can always be there 3 weeks ahead and wait for the event...).

I m in my third career, and first on type IX. I m in base before mission april the 5th 1940 so I should be in the narvik canal by april 9th (even if I have to cruise full speed!) and hope to have a nice spectacle to watch
I think I m gonna add some mod before playing it... maybe hollywood one to see impressive damage and I m gonna reduce realism to use external cam (always playing 100% realism).

I dunno what I m gonna try to do though... excepted the Warspite, Narvick battles are mainly destroyer battles. It s not really interesting to sink and it s quite dangerous But by spectating the battles the 10th and the 13th, I can be in vagsfjord the 15th for the allied landing. Battleship Valiant, light cruiser Southampton and some other cruiser and even ocean liner and troop transport... if I can t get a nice shot on Warspite the 13th, I m gonna save my 21 fishes for the 15th's fiesta
