Mickey D's is nasty food. It is cheap here in the States but hell I do not eat that crap. For $5.00 over what I pay at McDonald's I can have a sit down decent meal at a far better establishment. I think we should limit the advertising of these companies and maybe even tax it like we do with tobacco. Point being to protect our childrens health. Better option would be that the companies would start developing healthier meals for their restaurants. I dont know if that will happen, but our countries cant afford the cost of this problem. I personally like to cook and try new things, my favourite kitchen is Italian. Im getting annoyed that most of the girls i meet cant cook at all, and like to eat this type of ****.

Well thats important too, if thats what you ment, but they are not allways so good at that either.
They think its enough to look pretty, but normal daily skills are out the window.
Best ive had this far was from Estonia, good at cooking and cooking, but no sense how to handle money. Maybe girls with common sense are gone for good.:hmm:

Advertising of fast food on TV is being looked at in the UK by Ofcom. It is proposed that there should be no advertising of fast food products before 9pm. Not sure if the tax angle is the way forward, in the UK we are already taxed on most things (fast food at 17.5%) so heaping on more tax will be very unwelcome by the UK population. As for healthier meals in fast food outlets, this probably would not be in the interests of the fast food companies because lets face it, all food that is bad for you tends to taste much nicer than food thats good for you.
