to be chivalrous

objectively its the same as saying I sunk a yank carrier

which doesnt carry the same connotation as

I sunk the Gaijin Scum.

I agree with both its only a game and
I agree that the Hypersensitive world needs
to get back in touch with reality

context matters in how we say things in english

given the simple sentence.

I didnt say he took it.

you can hear the sentence five different ways.

I didnt say he took it.

I DIDNT say he took it.

I didnt SAY he took it.

I didnt say HE took it

I didnt say he took it

or

I didnt say he took it.

all of the sentences read the same without bold italics
but in each case the inflection and context
affect the meaning.

Abhor is not a strong enough word for the way I feel
about racism. The real enemy is stupidity no matter
where its from or what color it is or what church it
goes to.

there is no shortage of people of my tribe that
are stupid and ignorant.

I am all for correctness politeness and equanimity for all.

however to call the inane attempts that disregard context
correctness

isnt.
