I think that is the name (incorrect spelling intended I assume) of the North Korean missile that has been tested of recent. At least I think that is what Oberon was getting at.
Last time I checked, a nuke only needs to be in the general area to do its dirty work, so hitting the barn door is not needed. A few miles from the barn door will work just fine!

Last time I checked, a nuke only needs to be in the general area to do its dirty work, so hitting the barn door is not needed. A few miles from the barn door will work just fine!

It might matter if it were buried 300 + feet below the surface of the Earth, but if that barn door is still on top - a few miles is still OK!
