Un torpedo normalmente explota sin penetrar , en todo caso la explosion es la que arranca partes del casco pero seria mas grande e irregular.

Aunque hay un torpedo que si podria penetrar dentro del submarino y explotar dentro, sobretodo por su gran velocidad... el skval ruso.
bueno, mas que un torpedo es un misil submarino y es de forma conica.

solo hay el problema de que no es una arma guiada y sin capacidad de busqueda que se sepa .( a no ser que sea un prototipo).
En la guerra submarina moderna , si disparas un torpedo y no hay un enemigo, el blanco eres tu.

yo de todas maneras opino que fue o una colision o un accidente interno.
