Black Swan, according to my experience, is the toughest escort. Although it cannot go to 35 knots, its attacks are deadly...

My tactices against it is to fire 2 fish from stern tubes, with a salvo of 3 degrees, when range is less than 1000m and she is running straightly towards you with full speed. Use the magnetic stuff... instead of the impact detonator... This can ensure one shot, one kill...

Let them get in close... say 300 to 400m with magnetic pistol. Firing that close usually catches them by surprise and they go BOOM. I've killed many Black Swans and Flower Corvettes that way. And with pistol set to magnetic, you can even sink em closer than 300 meters. 260m or there abouts will still send em to Davey Jone's locker.
