Standard game and collectors edition (or extra content edition) can be pre-ordered at Amazon (at least on the German site) the super collectors edition is available at ubisoft shop only.

Here's the link, but you need to speak German. However there's not much info, just that there will be a Super Collectors Edition that will be sold at the UBI shop only. But no info what kind of extras will be included.
