EM2(SS) Watch Join Date: Dec 2006 Location: Colchester, CT Posts: 22 Downloads: 0 Uploads: 0	I think the way to do this is to let the officer go in SH3 after a patrol. Then if your prospective enlisted man has enough renown (300 I think) use one of the promotions you recieved after a patrol to bump him up to an Ober Fanrich.
