I've voted NO.

Why do we need it? Would it be to keep all GWX related threads out of the Mods/General SH3 section?

I may be a bit cynical but if most people can't use the search function too well then I doubt that many will notice a sub-forum.

Also more work for the Moderators...... :hmm: can I change my vote? :p LOL

I just thought it'd be easier on the users to keep GWX related things in one place, so they dont have to hunt for it as much

I voted yes because there is questions all over the forums relating to GWX. It would be nice to have it in one tidy forum. Sticky screenshots thread and a mod thread. Sticky Captains log forum. GWX has grown into a life of it's own and requires a special forum for it.

I voted no, because to be fair you would then have to have special forums for every big mod.

Of course it would help if everyone would stop posting all their GWX stuff in the regular SHIII forums and stick to the Mods forum.

I voted no because IMHO I don't think it would really help much. We'll still continue to see countless amount of threads created in other locations regardless. And as a consequence, it will just create more unnecessary work for Neal and the team here.

But it's a nice thought.

P.S.: Either way, it's not a problem for me. All I do when I come to subsim is look for new posts. I can see everything I need to that way.

I guess the reason for that is how a question is perceived: is it a question about a mod (ex. how do I mod the deck gun) versus game performance running with a mod (ex. I'm running GWX and when I do (blank) I have (blank) happen).
