Yes, You must be absolutely sure that the Country the ship is at war with Germany, you can attack, if you attack a neutral or a ship that Germany is NOT at war with, you will receive a negative renouwn and you don't want that.

As far as I know there was only 1 ark royal in ww2 and that was a aircraft carrier and if am not mistaken the Exeter was a british Cruiser.

Yep, the Exeter was a York-class heavy cruiser (1929) ~ 8300 tons, and featured in the Battle of the River Plate. The only other ship in the class was HMS York.
The Ark Royal was indeed the only ship of that name in WW2, and was a 22,000 ton ship of unique design (smaller than the Illustrious class carriers of the RN) Cheers, Dan |
