Bad luck.......
OK, I agree with WW2 subs not going under Icepack, even if they could dive for 2 days they just had no HF-Sonar like todays Nukesubs, which meant they would pretty soon have hit the "keel" of an iceberg. And after seeing what kind of damage such a thing has done to the Titanic, a VIIC would surely be done for..... |
