Narcosis- actually yes.. you can reinstall the installer (2.2) for xp, yes.. is is a seperate exe. no reinstalling of xp is needed!
the installer can often become corrupt after installing windows service packs, i guess it depends how long youve had xp, as new `puters already have all the service packs preinstalled and avoid any probs with corrupt files. |
