Problem with some voices sounds

Ok, I see SH3.sdl and all sounds. But I don't see voices sounds except a "Speeh Sample.Wav.

But what I can do with this ?

The problem is with missing voices and messages in campaign. I don't understand why I've these voices and texts in a single mission but why I Haven't them in campaign.
May be a modification by NYGM ? I don't know but how Mini tweaker can help me for that ?
