THATS AWESOME! I always knew Green tea was healthy and contained antioxidants, but I'm an Earl Grey kinda guy. I never knew there was any benefit to it other than to get you hopped up on caffeine. Now I can drink 7 cups of tea, and when I get the jitters afterwords, I'll know its for a good cause!

Ginger tea is also real good for you.
There's also an herbal tea (I think It's called "Green Dragon" Tea) that I've found to be very healthy for you and helps build up your immune system (Yes, I'm a health nut ![]()
