Default Deeper!

What is the deepest you've been to and still got back home alive?

I made 420m and got back with only 25% hull integrity last night. No DC or shell damage only pressure!

This was in a VIIC running with GW1.1a I've also gotten deeper in the same class (445m) but got crushed completely.

How do you set depths over 260m? The depth meter won't let me!

The 'A' key will level you out and keep the current depth as it shows when you hit the 'A' key.

IIRC - Don't go below 500m as I think the game stops rendering graphics at that point. You'll be able to rise again but I think your sub will be invisible.

i managed 440m in a 7c42 without taking any damage, although i do have sh3 commander which i think alters/randomises the crush depths. the only way i could get that deep though was to dive to 300 and simply stop my motors and sink slowly, for some reason the game wouldnt let me dive deeper than 300m.
