It is my belief that Germany had the most advanced military and that practically all other countries toke their ideas from there on. May it be in submarines warfare, aircraft technology, tanks (mobile warfare), infantry weapons and equipment, etc. Except for the A-Bomb.

Disagree ? tell me why.
