These are the same people who believe Al Gore won the 2000 presidential election, and also couldn't get their vote right in the same election. Now we know.

They also believe in UFOs, the holocaust didn't happen, life begins at 60, and when all else fails punt.
Sorry mate if you look at the facts Al Gore did win the election Just lucky for Bush his daddy cronies were all sitting on the supreme court. Way to go the bush clan by disinfranshing a large slice of the popualtion.

Ain't gonna happen. But anyway, do you think we should put Clinton in jail for the years he let terrorism happen and did nothing to stop those acts? How about Clinton's refusal to put security in our national labratories? How about Clinton categorizing military space applications as dual use...basically giving China the keys to the kingdom? How about label FDR a criminal posthumously for not stopping the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor? Dude, you are a lost soul. You totally have no clue whatsoever.

At any rate, this isn't so hard to figure out. 1/3 of the voting population are hardcore lefties. They are nuts. They shouldn't be walking the streets. They should be in padded cells getting medication.

Agreed Stabiz. They should change the name of the country to the "UnUnited States of America" since all we do is agree to disagree on EVERYTHING.

If I say, "Black", then one of the rightwing fools is just going to say, "White".

Again, it's all about personal gain on both sides.

True. I have more to gain if a Democrat is in the Whitehouse and as an Independent this is why I am leaning heavily to the left side on issues. Most of this was brought on by my hatred of the war in Iraq which I found to be a completely useless and undeserving war and still do.

Since I am a man of peace I don't believe in war to be used to "control or occupy" another nation that did not attack my own to begin with. Unlike Japan which did attack my country first, I do agree on war efforts. I feel the A-bombs used at the end were a bit too extreme and uncalled for though.

I even agree when Bush stated we were going after Bin Laden. I had no problem with us going to Afganistan to find him and bring him to justice. It was only when Bush declared war on Iraq (almost immidately after getting Afganistan) that I started having a problem with him and his policy. The was about the lowest form of warfare a US president could even dream up.

Just WHAT did Iraq do to our country in the last 10+ years. NOT A DAMN THING! The first gulf war was a needed war to keep Sadaam from taking over Kuwait, but was Sadaam going after Kuwait when we invaded him the second time - NO!

This was an obvious war that Bush wanted and pushed for. When the United Nations didn't agree to war, Bush bypassed them and did it anyways...WTF?!?!

This truly shows that Bush thinks that he and the US are better than any other nation that makes up the United Nations. Bush expects other countries to follow the "rules" but he feels he doesn't need to follow the rules.

He claims that he's "protecting the American people" all the time. Just what the hell is he protecting us from? There was no WMD in Iraq and never was. There is no proof that Sadaam and Bin Laden even said a word to one another, much less Bin Laden ever being in Iraq in his lifetime.

This war is what I consider to be a COMPLETE breakdown in world humanity as well as US law. For one man to be able to start a war and invade another country for no apparent reasons other than his personal vendetta has shown the world that G.W. Bush has way too much power at his fingertips.

It's too bad that soooo many people on this forum support him the way they do. They appear to me to be puppets on Bush's strings. I call their "following" nature unpatriotic and cowardly! These types of people live in fear of everything I imagine. Most of them probably went out and bought a bomb shelter for their garden in the backyard thinking Sadaam had WMD. It's funny how fear can control a person so much that he is willing to do just about anything to avoid the fear anymore and this includes supporting a US president that has committed murder and destruction to the Iraqi people and their families. This is a US president who has committed the beginnings of genocide towards muslims in the world. This is a US president that in the works and bent on world takeover.

Umm...not exactly. The facts are that Bush won the Florida vote. The Gore camp demanded a recount. The vote still went to Bush. The Gore camp demanded another recount. Finally the Florida state Attorney-General said "enough is enough" (yes, I know she's a rabid Republican conservative, but that decision is within her job description). The Gore people got the Florida State Supreme Court to overturn her decision. The Bush camp got the US Supreme Court to overturn their decision. Call names all you like, the fact is that none of the recounts came close to winning Florida for Gore.

I could just as easily state that Gore tried to steal the election, and failed. And my claim would be just as right (or no more right) as yours.
