Apparently 1/3 of the American population has bought into various conspiracy theories (call it the X-files effect).

These are the same people who believe Al Gore won the 2000 presidential election, and also couldn't get their vote right in the same election. Now we know.

They also believe in UFOs, the holocaust didn't happen, life begins at 60, and when all else fails punt.
