Wots frustrating about this situation is meeting a Merchant that has 'a sting in his tail' [peashooter] that opens fire so you try to show him what a real deck gun does only to be informed that your gun cannot be used in rough weather ?! Hang on a minute.. the Merchant can use theirs so wot's the difference ? So, to err on the side of caution you go to periscope depth only to find the Merchant now goes to 'warp factor 7' and you can't keep up with it; Dilemma or wot ?!
