That could actually make a good reality tv show.

We'd need a decent sub simulator. DW maybe just tweaked with bugs ironed out.

Good idea! Yet its a Uboat and we spend 60 days inside. Like in the story of U 977 that left kiel for Argentina during the end of the war and stayed submerged for 60+ days never surface. Towards the end the crew were pretty annoyed with each other . But they made it.

60 days plus and never surface...hmm! well I think they snorkeled here and there, since 60 days without air and recharged batteries would be impossible, no?:hmm:

This would be great. Of course, "We are receiving an emergency action message" is the extent of my subspeak knowledge. I also suppose that Bill Nichols would have to be the captian, as he has the most experience in the real thing.

The conn may sound like this:

jumpy: Conn, sonar: I have a new conctact, bearing three-four-four. Designate contact Sierra two-eight.

blue3golf: Very well. Hard to port.

Sea Deamon: Goin' left, huh? Stupid Commies.

Takeda: Sir, we are recieving an emergency action message.

Bill: I find that less than believable seeing as you are at the plot table.

Ah, the navy's finest.
