![]() Here's my twenty-third instalment of maps I've made for Dangerous Waters – an updated map of Cuba, Jamaica, the Bahamas and southern Florida. It includes: * An update to the ranges of the AUTEC (Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center) * Cuban and Key West Exercise Areas * An update to the Guantanamo Bay Area * The location of key military areas in Cuba, as indicated by a 1964 declassified report. (While there are a ‘lot’ of locations marked, computers these days can handle it – also you can delete any locations that don’t suit your mission needs.) * The location of recently discovered SIGINT stations with links to the Chinese military ![]() ![]() It’s essentially 'blank' of triggers, scripts, ships and submarines, for you to make your own missions. All landmarks, features, and EEZ boundaries are marked as accurately as possible. ![]() ![]() ![]() Research Credits go to Wikipedia, World Sea Ports (https://www.searates.com/maritime/), NGA Maritime Safety Navigational Warnings and marineegions.org (for EEZs) and various notices to mariners and news websites. The restricted airspace coordinates are from the FlightSim program, LittleNavMap. All information was accessed from publicly available sources. ****A HUGE thank you must go to FPSChazly for making his great 'line-marking' program.**** Installation: Place the Cuba.mu file in your DW/Scenario folder - you know what to do! Disclaimer: Naturally, download at your own risk. I take no responsibility for any adverse effects to your computer by downloading these files. Feedback (and requests) welcome via the Subsim forums! Cheers! Stewy
