This is just a very cool Guitar Instrumental.

Neil Zaza - I'm alright.

Great song. Very talented guy.

But that is absolutely the ugliest headstock I've ever seen on any guitar.

Thanks Sean. I'm glad you like the song. Eisenwurst got the ball rolling on this one. Eisenwurst posted about Miumiu Guitargirl in post # 541. Miumiu was 6 in the video but had command of a number of Instruments, especially Guitar.

Vienna followed up on that by posting in post # 545 of Miumiu playing and covering the Neil Zaza song - I'm Alright. Miumiu did a fantastic job on that and Vienna had said her dad was a music teacher and obviously taught her well. However, I think it's obvious she has natural talent. So, props to the both of them for making us aware of MiuMiu and also this song.

I wanted to see the original by Neil Zaza after their respective posts.

By the way, I agree the headstock on that guitar is terrible. Then again, I think Neil could play a cereal box with a stick attached and rubber bands for strings and make it sound good. I'm used to the Head stocks on my Fender and Ibanez Electric Guitars so, I'm a bit biased.

Speaking of great instrumentals, no one does that better than Joe Satriani. This particular song features the Bisonette Brothers. Greg Bisonette on Drums and brother Matt on Bass Guitar. Awesome Musicianship all the way around. Predictably, the Rhythm section, Groove and foundation the Bisonette Brothers lay down is tight.

Joe Satriani - Friends

There's heaps more stronger videos, but I don't want to stir up tragedy as entertainment.

Speaking of awesome guitar instrumentals...

Eddie Hazel delivered an all-time great performance of technique, dynamics, and pure unadulterated soul in this masterpiece; compared to the "diddly-diddly" speed exhibitions of some of the overrated shredders who pass as guitar 'greats', the power and passion of Eddie's playing on this improvisation puts them to shame...

.and I thought I'd add this bit of guitar of guitar artistry that has been covered by almost every major rock guitarist ; it was a main showcase staple for SRV's live appearances (along with Voodoo Child and a few other JH numbers)...

An interesting and amazing aspect of both the above cuts is they were live, single take backing tracks; in Eddie Hazel's case, the original studio take did include some other instruments/musicians, but Eddie's work was so pure, the producer decide the couple of extra tracks were unnecessary; in Jimi's case, the only overdubs were Jimi's spoken bits; the is a post on YT of the raw track without the overdubs and with Hendrix having fun recording the spoken bits with his producer...
