I can only say thank God for the UK's National Health Service, especially now all the (kind of expected) health issues are all queueing up at my door. MRI scans, heart ultrasounds and PSA tests - I worry enough about having them all over my calendar but to have to pay up for them like this - I wouldn't sleep at night

...likewise here! With two ambulance rides to the hospital thiis year, and issues that range from my brain to my descending colon 'queuing up'; I can only totally appreceiate the excellent medical attention I've recieved that keeps me 'in the saddle'

and still above ground...and having a better day than King Chas.III!

Wasn't it not about every American even the homeless should be insured ?

Yes that is correct. But insured does not mean free. Some very poor people do get some of their medical bills paid for them, but that just means much higher premiums for the majority of the country all that Obamacare mandates mean is that we are forced to buy health care insurance whether we want to or not. It does nothing to curb the spiraling costs of medical care in this country which drive those premiums.
