Darkened the RHS of the scope room

, and some cosmetic changes.

Obs scope, IIRC should have a wider FOV. Currently TDW has the FOV the same as the attack scope. Will address this if necessary.
Literally the same image as the attack scope (

), The background will indicate where you are. Some problems with TDW real nav to attend to.

Binoculars after a bit of massaging. Slightly off-centre.. will correct this.
